Help Us Build a Tiny Homes That Restores Hope and Changes Lives
Help Us Build Tiny Homes for Youth Aging
Out of Foster Care
Each year in West Virginia, young people age out of the foster care system and are expected to step into adulthood without the stability, guidance, or support that most individuals rely on during this critical transition. Many are left without a permanent place to live, limited resources, and little to no safety net, placing them at high risk for housing instability and homelessness.
Operation Community Care of WV is committed to changing this reality through the development of a Tiny Home Transitional Living Community specifically designed for young adults transitioning out of foster care.
This project is more than housing—it is a pathway to independence. Each tiny home will provide a safe, stable environment where young adults can begin rebuilding their lives with dignity and purpose. Residents will also have access to essential support services, including life-skills training, education and career assistance, job readiness programs, mentorship, and ongoing case support to help them successfully transition into long-term self-sufficiency.
We believe every young person deserves a safe place to call home and a community that believes in their future. With your support, we can create an environment where stability replaces uncertainty and opportunity replaces hardship.
Your generosity will directly support the construction of these tiny homes and the development of a supportive living community where youth can grow, heal, and thrive.

Together, we are not just building homes—we are building futures.
